*In the Spotlight*

I am really excited to share that myself, this blog, my recipes and my book have been in the spotlight a bit lately!


My book was in featured in Women's Running Australia Magazine


And on the blog Naughty Naturopath Mum

I was on the front page of the Range News and on page 3 about my blog and featured in the Sunshine Coast Daily too! See the online version HERE

I was featured on the beautiful Caro Ness Blog and also as a Mums in Health and as a proud supporter of the great work by The Diabetic Health Clinic

I also had one of my recipes from my upcoming Cook Book previously not seen elsewhere! Featured on the Natural New Age Mum Blog about Healthy Kids Party Food

And was a guest contributor on Mums Lounge with my Spinach, Kale and Broccoli Cheesey Scrambled Eggs Recipe - also from my upcoming Cook Book!






Maleny Supa IGA Pink Pram Push Launch Party!

We celebrated the launch of the Maleny Supa IGA Pink Pram Push on Tuesday!

We had some lovely mums who came down and won some great prizes, including copies of The Pram Diet book! Rob Outridge representing the Maleny Supa IGA, Kylie Perkin representing the Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Foundation and of course Co- organiser Lara Hodgson from Sunny coast Kids and ME!

We had a GORGEOUS food platter featuring many exciting local ingredients from the the Maleny Supa IGA and we were fortunate to have great media support and news coverage on the day.

Not only has being a finalist in the 2011 Bio-Oil Connect2Mums Awards been such an honour and so very exciting but it has seen me in the media a lot just lately too!
