We had a big event recently which made the news on 3 different stations, 7, 9 and 10 which you can see on the link below.
The Pink Pram Parade Walk on Pink Ribbon Day raised money for the Sunshine Coast Cindy Mackensie Foundation and was a a glorious sight of beautiful sunhine coast mum's showing their communtiy spirit and support for awareness campaigns of breast cancer and also promoting healthy living through leading an active lifestyle-something so close to my heart and so important that as mum's we can embrace for ourselves and our children.
The event was sponsered by Hot Pippi's of Mooloolaba and also Design A Cupcake.
A huge thank you to all the beautiful mum's and bubs that came and did this great walk and to Lara for organising it so successfully!
For those on the Sunshine Coast we will be holding normal pram walks once a fortnight (weather permitting) where anyone is welcome-visit the facebook pram parade page for dates and times.

Media Mentions from being a finalist in the 2011 Bio-Oil Connect2Mums Mumpreneur Awards
Not only has being a finalist in the 2011 Bio-Oil Connect2Mums Awards been such an honour and so very exciting but it has seen me in the media a lot just lately too!(I don't know about the superwoman part though haha!)
To being with a group of amazing Sunshine Coast Finalists in some media buzz including the beautiful talented women behind Bubs in arms Gift boxes Mammas Market Sunny Coast Kids.com.au and The Creative Collective all fantastic Sunshine Coast based businesses.

To also being in the Bundaberg News-mail, a newspaper very close to my heart as they have supported me on my writers journey for a few years now, even putting me on the front page and cover of their weekender special feature along the journey.
