In November I did some talks at the Sunshine Coast Libraries.

I was delighted to receive my official thank you letter and to read:

"I wish to acknowledge your warmth, humour and your wonderful ability to relate and speak to our clients while conducting the information sessions. All feedback received from participants has been extremely positive and full of praise."

It's always fabulous to know your on the right track and that people enjoyed your talk, speech or your book!

I actually started a feedback page here as well from readers as I have been so lucky to receive such amazing emails, letters, comments and messages that just touches your heart as an author.

Thank you to the Sunshine Coast Council and Libraries for having me as a speaker in 2011, I enjoyed it very much.

I am very excited to be bringing you 9 FREE Library Pram Diet presentations and workshops across the Sunshine Coast!The Sunshine Coast libraries are a fantastic resource with an excellent ongoing array of interactive workshops. I am delighted to be one of their presenters this year with my 9 presentations taking place this November.

My presentation will be on inspiring and empowering yourself as a mum.

From getting healthy and being more active to reducing stress and even growing your own organic fruit and vegetables-I can't wait!

Bookings are required and can be done on the library websites or by phoning the library you wish to attend.
